Makes the general industry formaldehyde standard binding on construction: the construction text is a single note saying that what construction work must meet here matches 1910.1048 exactly. A construction employer whose employees are exposed to formaldehyde must therefore comply with 1910.1048 in full; this section adds nothing of its own beyond the cross-reference, so the substantive duties, limits and any monitoring, control, medical, training and recordkeeping requirements are the ones written in 1910.1048. The pointer dates from 20 June 1996 (61 FR 31434).
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
