NSW Residential Tenancies Act 2010 s53: s 53 Sale: 14 days' notice before inspections, agree times, at most twice a week

The landlord gives the tenant written notice of its intention to sell at least 14 days before the premises are first open to prospective buyers, and the landlord or selling agent makes reasonable efforts to agree the days and times of inspections with the tenant, who need not agree to more than two a week. If no agreement is reached, entry for buyers follows s 55(2)(f).
