Before or when the agreement is made the landlord gives the tenant, in writing or in the agreement, its name and telephone number or other contact details, the State, Territory or country where it ordinarily lives if outside NSW, the agent's name, telephone number and business address if there is an agent, the landlord's own business or residential address and telephone number if there is no agent, and a corporate landlord's name and business address. Any change during the tenancy is notified in writing within 14 days.
