A database operator amends or removes personal information within 14 days of a landlord's or agent's notice, gives a listed person a free copy of their information within 14 days of a written request, and does not keep personal information for more than 3 years (or any shorter period the Australian Privacy Principles require), except a name needed for other information it may lawfully keep. It complies with any Secretary's order under s 213B.
