A person must not use software to circumvent the security measures of a ticketing website and purchase tickets in contravention of its published terms of use (section 58K, 1,000 penalty units for a corporation, 200 for an individual). The Minister may by notice require an event organiser or ticket supplier to publish or provide the number of tickets available to the general public and the other ticketing information section 58L specifies.
