NSA Guidance for Transition to Quantum-Resistant Cryptography P-2031: P-2031 CNSA 2.0 mandated for all protocol use by 31 December 2031; transition complete by 2035

CNSA 2.0 algorithms are mandated for all protocol use by 31 December 2031 unless excepted or waived. The policy's overall objective is to complete the transition by 2035, as NSM-10 states, and to adopt validated CNSA 2.0 implementations as fast as standardization, production and validation allow.
