NSA Guidance for Transition to Quantum-Resistant Cryptography P-2030: P-2030 Equipment and services that cannot or will not move to CNSA 2.0 replaced by 31 December 2030

Barring an exception, equipment and services that cannot or will not be updated to CNSA 2.0 algorithms must be phased out and replaced with equipment or services that support CNSA 2.0 by 31 December 2030, and CNSA 2.0 is to be preferred in protocol negotiation once compatible equipment is deployed. Products will be fielded with a mix of CNSA 1.0 and 2.0 while standards, production and testing transition. Some system classes will not be able to transition in time; NSA will identify those classes in later communications with their own timelines.
