NITDA runs its programmes for assessing, registering, certifying, accrediting and assuring CSPs, SIs, data centre operators, AI infrastructure providers and other designated entities through its digital infrastructure assurance framework (the NDIAF), whose instruments prevail over this guideline's procedures where they differ. Certified or registered providers maintain continuous compliance and promptly notify NITDA of material changes that may affect their status, including a change of ownership or control, of where infrastructure sits, of operational capability or security posture, of international certifications or data residency arrangements, a significant new third-party dependency or a major cybersecurity incident.
