Nigeria NITDA National Cloud Technical Guideline 2026 11.6: Control sovereign compute and AI infrastructure workloads

What does 11.6 require?

Providers running AI, high-performance computing or similar advanced workloads for FPIs put appropriate controls around isolating workloads, managing access, monitoring, resilience, data governance and the secure operation of their compute environments; where AI infrastructure serves government or regulated workloads they also govern the AI, manage its risks and provide for its security, monitoring, incident response and auditability, aligning where applicable with recognised AI governance standards such as ISO/IEC 42001 and NITDA AI governance instruments.
