New Zealand Information Security Manual (NZISM) 17.1.53.C.02: 17.1.53.C.02 HACE required to reduce handling of classified media

For CONFIDENTIAL, SECRET and TOP SECRET information, an agency that wants to lower the requirements for storing IT equipment or media holding classified information, or for moving it physically, must encrypt the classified information with High Assurance Cryptographic Equipment (HACE). The information keeps its original classification regardless.
