What does 7 require?

The same policies, procedures and systems have to keep every certification activity inside the accreditation scope, secure a workforce of employees and contractors large enough for the certification functions with every individual doing certification work competent for it, require appropriate written records, provide a proper process for disputes and complaints, and stay consistent with any supplementary scheme rules the Act allows under section 272E.
