What does 11 require?

An applicant for registration must either confirm it has no relevant conflict of interest, present or reasonably foreseeable, or detail every such conflict and confirm that it has written procedures for managing them transparently and appropriately. Relevant conflicts are those between the applicant's product certification interests and its other interests, and between its certification interests and the interests of the responsible individual or any individual managing or controlling its certification functions.
