The employer must establish and maintain OSHMS documentation that includes the OSH policy and objectives, the key OSH management roles, with their responsibilities, for implementing the system, the significant hazards and risks the organisation's activities create with the arrangements to prevent and control them, and the procedures, instructions and other internal documents used within the system. The documentation has to be written and presented so its users understand it, periodically reviewed, revised as needed, communicated and readily accessible to the people it affects, and withdrawn by procedure when obsolete. OSH records are kept to the organisation's needs and must be identifiable, traceable and retrievable with specified retention times.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
