What does 30-14-2811(2)(a) require?

Without consent under 30-14-2811(3), a controller must not process a known minor's personal data for targeted advertising, for sale, or for profiling in furtherance of decisions with legal or similarly significant effects; for any purpose other than the one disclosed at collection or one reasonably necessary for and compatible with it; or for longer than reasonably necessary to provide the online service, product or feature.
