What does G.3 require?

In preparing the transition plan the subscriber makes sure the contract holds a clear exit strategy; reviews any contract clauses that bear on executing the exit plan; provides for data to be backed up, removed and transferred away from the provider on exit; revokes all access related to the subscribed services; returns hardware and software where applicable; sets a clear demarcation of intellectual property and branding ownership; and agrees the relevant data container and data format for handover.
