A person producing a directory of subscribers must, free of charge and before including a natural person's data, inform the subscriber of the directory's purposes and any search functions in the electronic version, include no data without consent (the subscriber choosing which relevant data appears), let subscribers verify, correct or withdraw their data, and limit entries to what identifies the subscriber and number unless additional consent is given.
