Either provide no more than local code minimum parking and 30% below the base ratios in Appendix 4 (or the fifth edition of the ITE Parking Generation Manual), or have no off-street parking; or dedicate at least 1% of spaces (one if under 100) to car share under a two-year agreement; or unbundle parking from sales and leases, give employees no free parking and charge a daily fee at least the round-trip transit fare. Every off-street space the project uses is counted.
