Site the project within a LEED for Neighborhood Development certified area (Stage 2 or 3 of the pilot or v2009, or, under v4, a Certified Plan or a Certified Built Project); points rise with the ND certification level (NC: Certified 8, Silver 10, Gold 12, Platinum 16). A project taking this credit cannot earn points in the other Location and Transportation credits.
