Where data are processed under the laws governing the official publication, Articles 16 to 21 GDPR (rectification, erasure, restriction, notification, portability, objection) do not apply. The publisher of the official publication must nevertheless erase published data on a decision of the Inspectorate (which it may take where the intrusion on private life outweighs the public benefit of an unchangeable official publication) or on the reasoned decision of the controller confirming that publishing the data did not comply with the GDPR.
