An MCDA makes sure performance metrics are defined in the SLA for every identified performance condition and monitored during operation so the service meets the SLA's performance terms; the metrics include availability, response time, transaction rate, latency, data throughput in and out, number of concurrent requests (scalability), data storage capacity, and for IaaS and PaaS the concurrent execution threads and memory available to an application and the data centre IP address pool or VLAN range capacity.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
