JFS-B Standard Ver. 3.1 Food Safety Management (Japan) HACCP Step 11: HACCP plan validation and verification procedures (Principle 6)

What does HACCP Step 11 require?

Before the HACCP plan goes live it is validated. Verification procedures then confirm that the plan is being followed as written and show whether it needs amending; they take into account how the equipment is designed, any change of processing method and advances in manufacturing technology.
