Japan AI Guidelines E.VC: E value chain and risk chain points

Keep the value chain in view: secure cooperation among actors from the value-chain and risk-chain perspectives (shared issues such as understanding AI risk, improving quality, creating value through interconnected systems of systems and raising the literacy of business users and non-business users; points to settle between actors such as contracts on rights in the data used for training and use and in generated models); clarify the risk chain including data distribution and build risk management and governance suited to each of the development, provision and use stages; and where the chain spans several countries, understand international discussion of AI governance for Data Free Flow with Trust and secure interoperability in both standards and frameworks.
