Japan AI Guidelines E.2: E(2) Deciding whether to proceed and setting AI governance goals

On that basis decide whether to develop, provide or use the AI system or service; if proceeding, consider setting AI governance goals, for example by formulating an AI governance policy (named by each actor, for example an AI policy made of its responses to the Common Guiding Principles, or a wider data use policy), consistent with the actor's purpose, philosophy and vision.
