The customer may cancel in writing or by electronic record within eight days of receiving the contract document (restarting after a corrective document); cancellation extends to related goods designated by Cabinet Order sold with the service, except consumables the customer used on their own initiative. It takes effect on dispatch; the provider claims no damages or charges even for services already provided, bears return costs and refunds promptly; contrary terms are void.
