ITU Radio Regulations and Space Security Standards RR15.V: RR Article 15, Section V: Reports of infringements

What does RR15.V require?

Control organizations, stations or inspectors that detect infringements of the Constitution, Convention or Regulations report them to their administrations using forms like Appendix 9 (15.19); administrations detecting a serious infringement make representations to the administration with jurisdiction over the station (15.20); and an administration informed of an infringement by a station under its jurisdiction, in particular of CS Article 45 or RR No. 15.1, must ascertain the facts and take the necessary action (15.21).
