Results, meaning the analysed set of information items together with recommended actions, are recorded, and items and results go to the data providers and the other stakeholders in a timely and usable form to support decisions, corrective action, risk management and improvement, reaching those who take decisions, those in technical and management reviews, and the owners of improvement processes. Feedback is given to stakeholders and sought from them, which supplies input for evaluating both the items and the process; analysis and reporting are typically iterative. ISO/IEC 16085 guides the use of results in risk management.
