Clause 5 applies to IT the eleven governance principles of ISO 37000, which replace the six principles of the 2015 edition (responsibility, strategy, acquisition, performance, conformance, human behaviour). They fall into three groups: purpose is the primary principle, the pivot in whose light all the others are read and followed; value generation, strategy, oversight and accountability are foundational, essential to effective governance of IT; stakeholder engagement, leadership, data and decisions, risk governance, social responsibility, and viability and performance over time are enabling, covering the governance responsibilities organizations face today. For each principle the clause gives the principle itself, what it means for the governance of the organization's IT use, and the outcomes.
This control maps to 12 controls across 5 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
