The ICT recovery plans should set out, for each critical ICT service, how the target RTO and RPO will be met: the recovery sequence across dependent services, the procedures and their timings, the data restoration point and how it is verified, and the checkpoints at which recovery progress is compared with the objectives so that a shortfall is recognised and escalated.
