ISO/IEC 27002:2022 control 7.11 applies, with telecommunications guidance: at remote sites such as mobile base stations, power facilities should ideally keep the whole load running without interruption when mains supply fails, for as long as outages are likely to last, or failing that at least keep critical equipment running, with batteries supplemented by an on-site generator, particularly at remote sites; emergency generators should always have enough fuel on hand that can actually be used, stored where and how the risk of a fire or natural disaster hitting the facility is kept low; and each equipment room should be heated, ventilated and air-conditioned sufficiently that outside conditions cannot push equipment beyond the limits its manufacturers set.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
