ISO/IEC 25059:2023 - Quality model for AI systems 5.4: Functional correctness

What does 5.4 require?

An amended characteristic. For AI systems, and especially probabilistic machine learning, correct results are not guaranteed in every circumstance, so a single accuracy figure is not enough. Both correct and incorrect outcomes have to be measured, with the error rate and the conditions stated. Correctness also trades against other qualities such as performance efficiency and robustness.
