Under FPT_EMS.1/Quantum, checks that the intensity of each emitted pulse, for every intended level, does not depend on the surrounding intensity-modulation pattern, so an adversary cannot infer a pulse's intended intensity (for example decoy or signal) from its neighbours. Reduced internal attenuation may be used to shorten measurement.
