What does 7.1.5 require?

Through its control of contracts and work orders the body makes sure that work is within its expertise with adequate resources, that the client's requirements and special conditions are adequately defined so unambiguous instructions can be issued, that ongoing work is kept under control through regular review and correction, and that the contract or work order requirements have been met.
