The organization sets up and keeps processes for consulting workers across every level and function, together with their representatives where they exist, and for their participation in developing, planning, running, evaluating and improving the system. It provides the mechanisms, time, training and resources needed, gives timely access to clear and relevant information, identifies barriers to participation and removes them or minimizes those it cannot remove. Non-managerial workers are consulted on a listed set of matters (interested party needs, policy, roles, legal and other requirements, objectives, controls for external providers, monitoring, the audit programme, continual improvement) and take part in another set (the consultation mechanisms themselves, hazard identification and risk assessment, actions to eliminate hazards and promote health and well-being, competence and training, communication, control measures, incident investigation and corrective action).
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
