What does 61:8.3 require?

Make competent people available for data quality management: determine the competences each role needs, recruit or assign people, train them and keep them current, and provide the organization-level training that 5.1 gives Resource Provision. ISO 8000-62 assigns it to maturity Level 4 (Predictable).
