ISO 8000 - Data Quality 61:6.2.4: 6.2.4 Data Quality Policy/Standards/Procedures Management (DQP.3)

Draw up, approve, publish and maintain the data quality policy and the data standards and procedures governing how data are created, changed and used, so that the processes handling data are defined and run as clause 4's process-approach principle requires. ISO 8000-62 assigns it to maturity Level 3 (Established).
