Evaluation results should be communicated to workers inside the organization and to other interested parties outside it, following whatever OH&S communication plan exists and with regard to legal and other requirements. The results communicated should be refreshed during OH&S activities: safety briefings, the regular health and safety meeting, the management review. The standard's example is an organization that reports annually to its own workers, including temporary and part-time staff, and to the workers of other organizations usually on its premises, through its internal website and management-led meetings with top management present, covering the intended results for the period, the indicator results per objective, indicator trends over three years, participation indicators, a summary of external communication, and the objectives and plans for the year ahead.
