Where it suits the organization's size and workforce, health and safety meetings can take place at several levels (corporate, facility, department, work team). Using the output of those meetings in performance evaluation is worth considering: they are a place to analyse information arriving from elsewhere, such as rates of injury and ill health, investigation findings, exposure data, survey results and inspection findings, and it should take the objectives of the meetings into account when deciding how often to meet and who takes part.
