The organization reports those recommended HCRD metrics of Table 4 that are material to it, chosen by its size (large organization or SME) and by intended use (for internal purposes or for external reporting and disclosure), following the guidance Table 4 gives for each; metrics for internal use give the organization a sharper view of its commitment to the workforce, how durable its value proposition is, its strategic growth and how well governance, strategy and risk management fit together, and they need not be shared with the workforce or anyone else.
