To strengthen it, the organization is advised to survey or audit its internal and external HCRD partners, the supply chain included, on key processes: training and compliance in health, safety and security; controls on data access; ethical recruitment; benchmarking of pay and benefits; respect for basic human rights; and systems for resolving grievances, handling of terminations included (ISO/IEC 27001 for access control and preventive HR risk).
