For an FSMS, stage 1 takes place on the client's site so the objectives can be met. Only in exceptional circumstances (a very remote site, a disaster, a pandemic, short seasonal production and similar) may all or part of it be done off-site or remotely through ICT, with full justification recorded and evidence that the stage 1 objectives were fully achieved. Parts of the FSMS found fully implemented and effective at stage 1 need not be re-audited at stage 2 if the report says so.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
