What does 7.1.3 require?

Evaluation under clause 7.1.3 of the base standard must specifically test each person's food safety knowledge, including the prerequisite programmes, hazards and control measures of the categories they work in, as identified under 7.1.2. Evaluators must know at least one evaluation method from ISO/IEC 17021-1 Annex B and show they can apply it.
