After summative assessment, make sure learners learn their outcome and grade; can appeal or ask for correction; can see all of their work and the detailed marking of it, with chances for feedback; receive documented evidence of the outcome; and that the reasons for grading and final assessment decisions are retained for a set retention period that is made public.
