For each process: fix inputs and expected outputs, sequence and interaction, criteria and methods (monitoring, measurement, performance indicators), resources, responsibilities and authorities, the risks and opportunities from 6.1, evaluation and change, and improvement. As far as necessary, maintain documented information that supports process operation and retain records that give confidence the processes run as planned (4.4.1, 4.4.2).
