What does 2:6.9 require?

Quality management procedures shall be set up and applied by the proponent to the data and information that relate to the project and to the baseline scenario, uncertainty assessment included; the proponent should cut uncertainty in quantifying reductions as far as is practical (ISO 9001 and ISO 14033 offer principles that can help).
