The plan should state what resources are needed so that monitoring and measurement used to check that products and services conform give valid, dependable results. It should also state how the monitoring and measuring resources used on the case will be controlled, including any calibration or verification requirements, or cite the documented information that sets this out. ISO 10012 gives guidance on measurement management systems.
