The plan should set out the quality objectives of the case and the way each will be reached. Objectives can relate, for example, to the case's quality characteristics, to matters that decide whether the customer, the organization or other interested parties are satisfied, and to opportunities to improve. They should be measurable, and the plan should contain or cite whatever measurement processes are needed to establish whether they have been met.
