The plan's content and format should fit its scope, its inputs, what its users need and the outputs it is meant to deliver. How detailed it is should match any agreed requirements, the way the organization works and how complex the activities are, and its fit with other management plans for the same case should be taken into account. An organization may choose to write a plan that meets the relevant ISO 9001 requirements, using the correlation to ISO 9001:2015 in Annex C.
