The project shall plan the design activities and choose the methods and tools for them; analyse and harmonise the design features that realise the EVRs and value-based requirements with the other design features, identifying competing or supportive ones; write the dispositions derived from ethics (whether functional, operational, procedural, organizational or structural) into the design specifications; and determine and specify which system elements carry and provide the value dispositions, using participatory design where useful, performing the trade-off analysis of how far each EVR can be satisfied against other functions and performance, allowing an initial minimum viable product to address selected requirements, and considering sustainability, disposal and reuse as well as deployment and operation.
