Consequence analysis ranges from describing outcomes to detailed modelling or vulnerability analysis and considers knock-on effects. The consequence types analysed match those chosen at planning and the context statement is checked against the decision's purpose. Magnitude can be a point value or a distribution, the latter appropriate when value, circumstances or parameters vary, with the assumptions behind any point summary understood and no presumption of normality. Consequences may depend on dose or other parameters, change over time and arise from combined exposures with possible synergy.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
