IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Standards Manual ORG 3.3: ORG 3.3 Flight Data Analysis (FDA)

Operators of aircraft above 27,000 kg maximum certified takeoff mass have an FDA program of systematic download and analysis of flight data (recommended above 20,000 kg) with processes for interpretation and analysis, flight crew liaison including a non-punitive approach, data validation and integrity standards, protection of data and of crew identity, and coordination of findings such as hazards, adverse trends and airworthiness issues with the relevant operational areas (ORG 3.3.1 to 3.3.5).
